A:  There is no contract to sign and services are month-to-month -- cancel at any time.  I do ask that you sign a Letter of Engagement so that both parties are in agreement of the services being provided and each party's respective responsibilities.

A:  No, I do not prepare income taxes.  I will provide clean and thorough year-end financial statements that you can deliver to your tax preparer.

A:  I work from my home office so meetings with you will be online or at your favorite coffee shop in the Lewis / Thurston County, Washington area!

A:  Generally, no.  Every state has its own system for tracking revenues and payroll taxes, and it's best that you find a Bookkeeper who is familiar with your particular state laws.  If you are a Washington-based business who occasionally does business in other states, then yes, I will be happy to help you with that.

A:  Most definitely!  I'm happy to help you set up the basics, show you how to manage your own bookkeeping, and get your business started off on the right track.

A:  Yes, please!  I'm all about organization and getting the details right.  Your financial statements should be clean and easy to understand, and that's my number one priority.
